Criminal trial of MH17 resumes

This September, relatives practiced their right to speak out. While exercising this, relatives were not only allowed to comment on the impact of the downing of MH17, but could also express their views on the crime, the question of guilt and the punishment of the suspects.

From November 1, 2021, the hearing of the criminal trial will resume. The last surviving relatives will exercise their right to speak, thus completing this phase.

Claims for damages will also be explained in November. The hearing can be followed live and look back.
