Good legal aid can level out that inequality and ensure a just outcome

'It has always been an obvious choice for me to act only for victims in personal injury cases. They are fighting an unequal battle against a professional party, such as an insurer, who has more knowledge, experience and resources to protect their own interests. Good legal aid can level that inequality and provide a just outcome.'

The bias of the professional

Beer Law's medical consulting team regularly provides the firm's attorneys with domestic or foreign publications in the medical field that may be significant to our work. Such information can sometimes be decisive in the conduct of medico-legal discussions, for example about medical errors. I make grateful use of it.
