‘My community and social commitment led me to switch from commercial law to personal injury law. The personal aspect of personal injury cases is what interests and motivates me. I find it important to be able to offer victims and survivors what they need at that moment; whether that is practical or legal support. My experience with liability law and procedural law means that I do not shy away from legal proceedings. However, if someone would benefit more from an alternative solution, that is always my preference.’
