Participant focus group meeting March 2006 within the framework of the so-called WODC research (Scientific Research and Documentation Center Ministry of Security and Justice) which took place under the direction of Prof. A.J. Akkermans of the VU, in order to map out what victims and their relatives expect from liability law and to what this expectation is related. Participation was aimed at obtaining input from practitioners and took place in the context of the bill on Affection Damage.
